Late Arrival

It is important we maintain our schedule so the originally scheduled treatment time shall be reduced for clients who arrive late.

Inclement Weather

Cancellation fees will not be imposed if the office is open and clients cancelled due to poor weather or dangerous driving conditions.

No Show Policy

It is understandable that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request 24-hour notice for cancellation. When you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on my waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. As all services are reserved for you personally, all no shows and late arrivals are subject to a full charge (100%) of the original appointment fee.
